International Process & Control Solutions, LLC. has provided Systems Integration and Electrical Engineering services to manufacturing and process industries for more than 30 years.

OUR STAFF AND PARTNERS have more than 100 years of combined food and dairy automation engineering experience with projects that have spanned the globe. We support our customers in North America from two locations. Our home office is in Cambridge, Wis., a small town 14 miles east of Madison.

IPACS PROVIDES complete, high-quality electrical design packages as well as software development for industrial process, packaging applications. Also avialable are control panel build and assembly, electrical field installation, engineering management, and construction management services.

OUR DESIGN PACKAGES include electrical power, integration and networking of OEM and user equipment, production line integration, upgrading existing control systems, and production line implementation. All wiring diagrams are created using AutoCAD 2006E. Sequences of events, technical manuals, bills of material etc. are developed using the latest Microsoft Office products. Software development includes PLC’s and HMI screen design, networking and data acquisition. A broad line of manufacturer’s hardware is supported at all our locations.

WE PRIDE OURSELVES in our on-time delivery, the ability to work within a budget, flexibility and complete documentation packages. Our documentation typically include complete, “as-built” wiring diagrams, bill of materials, operator and electrical maintenance manuals, recommended spare parts, program listing with symbols and line comments. The documentation is provided as hard copy and electronically.
